6 Brotherton Monday 4th January Literacy

 Good Morning 6 Brotherton class!

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year. I hope you are all well and had a lovely, restful break.

Here is your literacy lesson for today.

If you have some paper and a pencil at home, please write the answers to your questions in full sentences - this is great practice for you. Remember your capital letters, finger spaces and full stops. Use your phonics to segment any words you are unsure of how to spell - try your best! Read your sentences back to yourself or somebody at home to check that they make sense.

The text we are focusing on is Stuart Little - I'm sure lots of you may have seen the film!

I would like you to read up to page 3 - 'said the doctor cheerfully, as he left'
